Eilen draws her bow and tries to use the ongoing combat as a distraction to sneak out of sight. When she finds a decent vantage point at a good range, she fires at Wolf3.

And to the victor goes the spoils, but to which victor? If you choose so, you are able to take the wolves' fur, bones, meat (especially if you are a chef with the ability butcher, hint hint), and fangs, as well as the blue gem in the worg's forehead.

Eilen curiously investigates her fallen foes and spots the blue gem in a break in the worg's head. She is careful in plucking it out, and stares at it in her hands for a little while, taking in its every lovely detail. She makes no effort to conceal it from the others, not wanting to covet something valuable if anybody actually needs it. Though, she was penniless for the time being...

As Eilen holds the gem, it begins to glow softly in her hand before starting to morph, changing shape.

For a moment, the gem seems to take the form of a sword, but then it begins to waver and falter, lacking the energy to hold this shape, and crumbles into nothingness.

Eilen gasps, "Oh no, nonononono..." She stares at where the gem use to exist, disappointed now and a bit worried that she had caused its destruction somehow. She tries to search her memories for any knowledge of such a gem.

Eilen remembers a vague legend that she heard back in her homeland, about how the King of Beasts stole the Elder weapons that the people had made to kill him, hiding them within his own children for protection, in the form of strange gems.
"Fret not, Eilen," Mathias steps forward, "such things are ancient and very fragile, but you are sure to find more within the wolves' den."

Eilen notices that as Mathias says this, his hands move to the handles of his own twin blades, within their scabbards, covering the handles from view.

Eilen studies his sheathed blades for a moment, but doesn't comment further. She stands and begins walking aimlessly around the wolves, her head and arms swaying a bit loosely, as she waits for the rest of the group to move on.

Zenfersco walks over to the biggest wolf covering his nose because of the stink then looks at a fang tooth and attempts to pull it out wanting to make it a neckless.

Dedrick begins to wander to the wolves' den, hoping perhaps he could find something that he wouldn't melt. "I'm gonna take a look in there."

As Dedrick approaches the cave, he hears a faint, echoing clatter, as if something has just been dropped onto the cave floor.

After Zenfersco puts the fangs in his pocket he walks over to the wolf den with Dedrick.
