"Well I just came out of the shadow of the corpse that YOU want, so clearly I'm not just anyone."

"Hm, true. I need the vessel because it can help my allies and I in our pursuit of world peace. If everyone were undead, there would be far fewer problems. Only downside is that everyone must die first. But, there would be no racism, no sexism, no thievery, and no more death."
"Now, may I take the vessel?"

Ulver nods and stops with Thiidda, catching his breath. "Probably best that we do, but first - Thiidda, what can you see behind us?"
Thiidda turns and tries to glimpse through the darkness for any sign of their previous pursuers. (Perception (darkvision 60 ft) oggQd0ye1-20 + 18)1-20

Thiida sees no more pursuers. The three have gained considerable ground and no longer footsteps of any sort.
"You kids familiar with any a' the wildlife around here?"

Amirrah ends her Disguise Self and stands. "No, you may not. I don't care about what you do with your pathetic life, but when it starts to interfere with mine, that's where I draw the line!" Suddenly, however, a figure drops down from a nearby tree branch, seeming to appear from nowhere. "Oh, and what a disgrace to all necromancers you are. I've been observing your little 'club' for quite some time, and I cannot say that I approve. 'Killing everyone will solve all problems'? Ha, what idiocy! 'Solving' death through killing is, I think, akin to saying 'I will steal everything in the world so that there can be no more stealing'. What utter nonsense. And besides, your plan would not even work. Just murdering the world, and then killing yourselves and leaving it at that would work, but turning the world into undead? Oh please. The undead don't just animate themselves, they need living beings to do so, except under certain circumstances, but if you are messing around with /that/, you are more deranged then I thought. And besides, what you are attempting has been attempted hundreds of times before, and judging by my aliveness I would say that every single one of them was an absolute failure. What this world really needs to ensure peace is a powerful ruler with the power to end all crime. This duty would normally fall upon the gods, but they seem to be neglecting the job. Ah, but I again have seemed to have gotten ahead of myself. What say you to all of this?"

The man, being outnumbered, takes a step back, " My lord has plotted for eons! His plans will not fail."
Hoofbeats can be heard in the distance.
He looks to Amirrah. "Tell you what, I'll let you ponder on it, give you a chance to come willingly. If you decide you will, come back here alone. But for now, run on home. The next time we meet, you're coming with me, willingly or not."

Harrima: "Well, in that case I guess you won't be meeting again. Now run along, and we shall do the same." *Amirrah and Harrima begin running toward the town again, with Multhane travelling alongside them* Amirrah (to Multhane): "Thanks for stepping in, I guess." Multhane: *bows* "But of course. Anything for a fellow Kayal. And may I be so bold as to inquire as to your names?" Amirrah: "I am Amirrah, and my sister is Harrima. And who might you be? Also, I have not seen another Kayal for quite some time, so pardon my saying, but you do not seem much like one." Multhane: You may call me Lord Multhane. *Lord Multhane proceeds for the next few minutes to explain in great detail his 'Kayal Heritage' (uses Natural Charmer to take a natural 20 on his bluff check, 20+5=25)* Amirrah: (Amirrah Sense Motive check rolls 9+0=9, Harrima rolls 15+5=20) "Oh, alright then. It seems your family has a very... umm... interesting history, and I'm sorry about your father losing his arm and all, how is he now?" Multhane: "Oh, he is quite fine now, he lives with my sister, who is quite successful. Now, back to business, what brings two lovely young women such as yourselves to this wretched place, and to where are you currently headed?" Amirrah: "We are headed to town to meet up with some friends, whom we were separated from." Multhane: "So you live near this area then?" Amirrah: "Well, no, not really, we and our friends were searching for something." Multhane: "Searching, for what, may I ask?" Harrima: "Well, we aren't searching for the same things our friends are searching for. They just want some boring old Weasel treasure, but we are looking for something better. None of us have found anything yet, but we're getting closer." *Amirrah glares at Harrima* /You don't have to be so loose-lipped about it!/ Multhane: *puts a hand to one of his ear-studs, rubbing the mark of Lyvalia* "A treasure? How intriguing. And do you mind if I join you on this little excursion?" Amirrah: "Well, it's not really up to us, but I don't see any harm in taking you to Ulver." Multhane: "Many thanks to you"

The hoofbeats grow louder as the rider stops in front of the robed man. He climbs aboard the horse and they ride off.
Benny grows impatient, "I think the skeletons got em."

Thiidda: "I think we're clear for now..."
Ulver: "Good." He finds a rock to sit on. "Have patience, old man... I've left people behind before only to find out later they would have been fine had I waited. I don't like repeating mistakes. Besides, Harrima's a slaughterhouse, plus she can dissipate from anywhere to return to Amirrah's side at either of their wills; they stand a fighting chance against many foes, so long as they don't do anything stupid."
Thiidda: Continues looking back on their tracks and the surrounding trees for any sign of either of them.

Benny is resting, his hands on his knees, "I'm worried they'll do somethin' stupid."
after catching his breath, "Speakin' a stupid, stay away from the scorpions."

Harrima and Amirrah, along with Multhane, catch up to the others. Amirrah: "Hey look, we found you. Guess you guys aren't all that quick. I thought you'd be at town by now."

Thiidda: "We didn't want to leave you two behind... you know, in case something happened or you took too long." She shrugs.
Ulver: Stands and observes the newcomer, putting a hand to his sword. "...Who is this?"

Amirrah opens her mouth to speak, but Lord Multhane steps forward before she can, bowing deeply. "I am Lord Multhane, but a simple Vagabond. And you must be Ulver, it is a great pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. I was hoping that I might accompany you and your lovely companions on your journey, if it would not be too much trouble."

Ulver: Doesn't remove his hand from his sword's hilt just yet, still cautious. He looks to the twins and asks calmly, "...What have you told him of us?"

Amirrah: "Well, Harrima told him that we were seeking treasure, but not the nature of the treasure." Multhane: "Don't worry about me taking your gold and baubles, I am interested in no more than what I earn, only enough to sustain myself. Treasure barely interests me, and it is more of the... companionship that I desire."
